  • There was one live cockroach on the floor near the kitchen hand sink, and one dying cockroach on the floor near the mop sink. There are several (at least 10-15) appropriately placed glue traps throughout the kitchen and storage areas. Establishment has switched to a new pest management company, and the last visit was yesterday 9/8/20. Person in charge (PIC) said they will be visiting twice per week until the problem is eliminated. Due to the improvement observed at today’s visit, the next follow-up inspection will be scheduled for sixty days.
